About Me:

Hello there, my name is Carmen Jeffrey, I am a licensed social worker ( LMSW) and am a therapist for mental health. I have been in the Social Work field for almost 25 years. It is rewarding to help people that suffer from trauma and other mental health issues. I am a strong believer in personal growth and positive change, after having experienced multiple traumatic events of my own. I enjoy watching people heal and become stronger within themselves. I am dedicated to validating individuals that have been hurt and are struggling daily to cope with their challenges and emotional pain. Having experienced traumatic events and emotional pain does not define anyone, I am here to help as many people as I can to heal and move forward to a happier and more fulfilling life.
